Dr. Stella Siskou was born in Thessaloniki. In 2003, she graduated from Anatolia College and was admitted the same year to the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. After successfully completing her six-year studies, she gained extensive professional experience at the Infectious Diseases Hospital of Thessaloniki, Papageorgiou Hospital, and the Hospital for Skin and Venereal Diseases. At the same time, she further specialized in the United Kingdom, working as a Clinical Fellow in Dermato-oncology and Dermatologic Surgery at University College London Hospital, while also completing training in Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
She received advanced training in aesthetic dermatology and injectables at the UMA Clinic and Institut in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
In 2024, she completed her fellowship in Mohs Surgery in Zurich, Switzerland, through a scholarship from the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. She is the only dermatologist in Greece officially certified in this specialized technique for skin cancer removal. She also maintains a scientific collaboration with the 2nd University Department of Dermatology – Venereology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, based at Papageorgiou General Hospital.

About the Doctor
PhD candidate at the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, focusing on modern surgical techniques for the removal of head and neck carcinomas using ultrasonography. She has been awarded scholarships and prizes for her scientific work and has contributed as an author of chapters in university textbooks on Dermatology and Venereology.
Her research activity includes participation in European programs for skin cancer prevention and multicenter studies on skin carcinomas. At the same time, she has delivered numerous presentations at international conferences and is actively involved in training young doctors in surgical workshops and courses of the European Academy of Dermatology (EADV).
